We supported JFE Power Canada in maximizing the capabilities of their vision system by implementing additional monitoring methods for improved efficiency and accuracy. This included the mechanical design for an encoder application, as well as the design and installation of a purpose-built OEE PLC panel utilizing IO-Link technology. The system seamlessly integrates with the vision system, enhancing overall process visibility.
